Subculturing |
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin, 0.02% EDTA solution for 1 minute, remove trypsin EDTA, add 0.3 mL of 0.25% trypsin and let the culture sit at 37°C for 6 minutes. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subculture every 10 to 12 days.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:10 to 1:20 is recommended
