Applications |
The antibody reacts with an antigen associated with human cytotoxic/suppressor T cells (CD8). The antibody strongly inhibits cytotoxic T lymphocyte function and cross-reacts with peripheral blood T cells from chimpanzee, orangutan, gibbon, baboon, macaque, capuchin monkey, squirrel monkey and spider monkey. |
Derivation |
Spleen cells were fused with NSI/1 myeloma cells. |
Genes Expressed |
immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against human CD8 |
Cellular Products |
